Our Jumping Bean

I feel like Amira is officially a little girl now, the only part about her that still reminds me of that little baby is the diapers (which we are hoping to eliminate shortly). She talks so much and can have a basic conversation with you, she's starting to do thing on her own and not need Mom and Dad so much, and she's starting to have an opinion! For example deciding that she wants to wear her snow boots with her PJ's!

Amira is full of energy, she really is our little jumping bean. She wants to jump all of the time especially on the bed. We took her to Kangaroo Zoo today and she had so much fun just running around and jumping. Amira loves to be outside exploring the different parts of the yard. She is very curious about everything!

Amira's favorite movie right now is Despicable Me, which is a pretty cute movie so I don't mind it too much that we watch it at least every other day, it's much better than her previous favorite Bambie. One of my favorite things that she says right now is, "Found you!" and "Pleeeeasssssee" so cute and so hard to resist.

Amira is also starting to pretend a lot more she plays sock puppets with Ryan and talks to her friend "George" (the brother on Peppa Pig) quite often. She still loves playing on the Hi-Pad as she calls it and has recently discovered YouTube. We listen/watch a lot of little kid songs through YouTube, if you haven't heard the Phonics Song 2 look it up, it guaranteed to be stuck in your head for days!

It's so much fun to see Amira learning so many new things and starting to become her own little person. She gives us a run for our money sometimes but we enjoy every minute of our time with her.
