Ari's One!

I really don't know how a whole year has gone by since Ari has been born! Here are some things about Ari at the age of one.

• Can walk very well, started walking at 10 months.
• Will eat pretty much everything as long as she can feed herself.
• Loves her blankets, just like her Momma.
• Very smiley.
• Is an accident waiting to happen, loves to climb, run, and be reckless in the bathtub.
• Can say Hi, Mama, and Dada.
• Does not like to be in the car seat.
• Can show you where her fingers and belly is.
• Can tell you what a puppy dog says.
• Ari can do all of the hand motions for Pat-a-Cake and Itsy Bitsy Spider.
• Likes to drink out of a straw.
• Loves Capone and wants to snuggle with him.
• Is starting to stand up for herself when Amira takes toys from her.
• Easily scared.
• Is an animal lover.

At her 12 month Well Child Visit Dr. Rose said she was completely healthy, which is always nice to hear. Here's how she measured up:

Length: 29 1/2 inches (75th percentile)
Weight: 20 lbs (25th percentile, Amira only weighs 8 lbs more than her currently)
