Aquarium
Last week we went down to check out the Living Planet Aquarium. My grandma really wanted to take Amira so we made the day out of it.
I think it's really cool that Utah has an aquarium but after being to the largest aquarium in Atlanta, this was a little disappointing. Half of the tanks had trout in them, sure glad we paid $9 to see trout! The best part was the penguins, they are so cute and it makes you want to take one home. Amira loved to see all of the fishes and run around the aquarium so it was worth the trip.
Amira had a pretty good time walking around and pointing at all of the fishes. She even got to ride a huge frog which she petted and said, "Nice puppy."

It is a little disappointing. We are members, mostly b/c it was the price of 2 admissions and we've gone that much since the kids enjoy it.
They are planning on building a huge on in the next few years....or at least that's what the sketches portray.
